Production Development
Regularly we are involved in the implementation and production of our products on site, looking for suitable solutions and working together with our business partners on innovative ideas. This extensive development and improvement process requires a lot from all involved. It, however, also gives us the energy for the proverbial "extra mile".
Logistics Planning
To have a wide range of items in stock in time, to efficiently manage them and to deliver them to customers in a timely manner, a sophisticated network system is required. Together with our logistics partners, we use a lot of time and care to coordinate all processes smoothly, to offer our customers optimal services. The regular personal exchange in the Aargau central warehouse is still one of the most important tasks, because we value the personal contact on site particularly highly.
Backoffice
Without a functioning administration system in the background, nothing works. We have therefore invested a lot of energy in clear and efficient processes, have a highly efficient IT solution, and handle all relevant technical steps in-house. This allows us to keep administrative overhead low and focus our human resources primarily where they are needed most: providing services to our customers.
Marketing
Demonstrating what lies behind our products, documenting what we strive for every day and why we've chosen the path we've chosen, but also providing insight into the entire framework of our cleaning philosophy – all of this is equally important to the actual sale of compelling products. It's intended to introduce everyone interested to our world of cleaning, so that a purchase at CREaCLEAN offers more than just shopping. It's very important to us to leave our customers with a positive feeling; the certainty that they've chosen a company that's there for them as a true partner.
