Delivery takes 2–5 business days with Swiss Post.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, but from a purchase value of CHF 79.– shipping is free. Below CHF 79.– shipping costs are CHF 9.00.

Yes, our cleaning products are designed for both private and professional use.

Which payment methods are available?

How does purchase on account work?

You receive the invoice by email and have 20 days to settle it. Payment processing is handled by Payrexx.

How can I redeem a coupon in the webshop?

You can easily enter your voucher code during checkout: 1. Add your desired products to the cart. 2. Click on "Proceed to checkout". 3. Enter your code in the "Enter code" field. 4. Click "Redeem" – the discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount.
